After almost 30 years of our hotel operation, we were ready to apply the high standards required by quality standards.
The ISO 9001: 2015 is an internationally recognized standard for the creation, implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System for each company, i.e. a collection of policies, guidelines, documented procedures and records.
This collection of documents sets out all the internal rules that govern how the hotel creates and delivers its services to customers. A system that ensures customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement, requiring customer-centric management, participation and commitment of both management and employees. This means that we no longer need to base our upgrade decisions solely on business intuition, but on the immediate collection of information from you, our customers. Based on that, we achieve a better distribution of financial resources while at the same time increasing the efficiency of our upgrades, both in terms of building interventions-renovations and in terms of services provided.
The certification of the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015 has been completed by the accredited independent certification body Bureau Veritas.
